That’s why we support a fair returns and warranty policy, guaranteeing a supportive working relationship between us and our customers.   • Changed your mind? Not a problem! With our competitive returns policy, you can send any product back to us unused, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
  • Faulty product? That’s not good. We only sell high-quality products, so as long as your product has broken through no fault of your own, get in touch within a year of purchase, and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
  • We believe in honest working relationships. So if a product doesn’t qualify for the returns policy, or if it is exempt from the one-year warranty period, then that will be clearly stated before you complete your transaction.
